On February 4, 2009, Rev. Heyward Wiggins, III, pastor of Camden Bible Tabernacle Church, joined with other religious leaders from the PICO network to watch President Obama sign legislation expanding health coverage to as many as 4 million uninsured children. Rev. Wiggins was a central part of PICO's national campaign pressing for the expansion of kid's health care.
